1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the dbajie platform at dbajie.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and dbajie (the platform operator). If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.1 Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of any terms, rules, or policies previously published by dbajie. Any wagers placed, bonuses claimed, or account actions taken on or after the effective date are subject to these terms.

1.2 Language of Agreement

This agreement is made in English. All platform communications, support interactions, bonus terms, game rules, and policy documents are provided in English. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

2.2 Age Verification

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbajie reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus claims, and withhold any balances accumulated through the use of duplicate accounts.

You may be asked to complete identity verification at any point — including at registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers a review. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency and Conversion

What you deposit in ৳ is what appears in your account balance in ৳, with no conversion fees or foreign exchange markups applied by dbajie.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate dbajie deposit is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a chargeback is filed, dbajie reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, cancel all pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances. dbajie will cooperate with payment providers and relevant authorities to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargeback claims. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

dbajie offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By opting into any bonus or promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms in full.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a dbajie account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only, are limited to one per household and IP address, and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by dbajie are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of a specific game's contribution rate.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

dbajie runs seasonal promotions aligned with key moments in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are time-limited and subject to specific terms communicated at launch. Seasonal promotions may not be available to players who are self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions on their account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the dbajie platform are subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific or market-specific rules communicated within the game interface or betting market description. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general gaming rules, the more specific rule shall take precedence.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on dbajie — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a void market rule applies.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• Markets may be voided in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or where the outcome cannot be determined within the applicable settlement timeframe. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake value.
• dbajie reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, including for individual accounts identified as professional or high-volume bettors.
• Where a bet is placed and accepted due to a manifest error in the displayed odds, dbajie reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Manifest error odds are defined as odds that are materially incorrect and that no reasonable person would have expected to be offered at the prevailing market price.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games and live dealer tables on dbajie are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Habanero, and Spribe. • In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or RNG game session, the game outcome will be settled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy. Bets placed before disconnection are binding and will be settled normally.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. dbajie reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time for any game, market, or individual account, including without prior notice. Players who consistently approach maximum stake limits may be subject to individual account-level stake restrictions.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dbajie platform, you agree to use it lawfully, fairly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, which may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the platform (see Section 3.2).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment method, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or exploit any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error must be reported to support immediately and are subject to voiding.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your dbajie account.
• Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with any part of the dbajie platform infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward dbajie staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

7.2 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the dbajie platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. dbajie makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of any local laws that may affect your right to use the platform before registering or placing bets.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

dbajie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where the platform's integrity, security, or legal obligations require it. Where an account is closed or suspended, dbajie will communicate the reason to the player by email where possible, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

8.1 Closure by dbajie

Grounds on which dbajie may suspend or close an account include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account activity inconsistent with personal recreational play (e.g., professional syndicate betting).
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Underage gambling — immediate permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or a serious breach of terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or eligibility reasons that are not attributable to wrongdoing by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request voluntary closure of your dbajie account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account can be closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any active bonus balance will be forfeited. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. dbajie will notify you by email to the address on file prior to a dormancy fee being applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances in accordance with the schedule communicated at the time of notification. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — no further action is required provided the account remains in good standing.
